You are eligible for a full refund or free replacement if:
- Your order never arrives
- Your item arrives damaged or defective
- Your item is significantly different from what was described on the product page
How to request a refund or replacement:
Simply email us at [your support email] within 30 days of your delivery date with your order number and a brief description of the issue. If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, please include a photo so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
Once we receive your request we will respond within 1-2 business days with either a full refund to your original payment method or a free replacement shipped out to you — whichever you prefer.
Please note:
- Change of mind purchases are not eligible for returns or refunds
- Items must be reported within 30 days of the delivery date
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of approval
